Former Stoke City boss Narcis Pelach has been named first-team coach at West Ham United under new boss Graham Potter.

Narcis Pelach has wasted no time in getting back into employment after his sacking from Stoke City last month, with the Catalan appointed as part of Graham Potter’s backroom staff after his appointment at West Ham United.

There will be no more bubbles blown for Julen Lopetegui at West Ham, who fired the Spanish coach on Wednesday and announced Graham Potter as his replacement. Potter has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract and was unveiled as the club’s new manager at a press conference on Thursday.

West Ham hired Graham Potter as the coach on Thursday, a day after Julen Lopetegui was fired. Potter has been out of management since he was fired by Chelsea in 2023 after just seven months in the job at Stamford Bridge.
